Q. When can I download my order??
A. You can download your order immediately after your payment transaction is complete.

Q. Where can I download my order?

A. Please, Contact Us, and we will find it for you.
We have much more service manuals, than is present here.

Q. How do I use "Search" correctly?
A. Enter only digits and letters of your model's name (for example, PRO-423).
Do not enter words such as "printer", "fax", "TV", etc.
Do not enter the name of the manufacturer (Canon, Sony, etc.)

Q. I was unable to complete the checkout process. What should I do?
A. Customers with anonymous proxy are unable to complete the checkout process.
Please do not use anonymous proxy.

Q. My computer crashed and I wasn't able to retrieve it from my hard drive.
Would it be possible to get the zipped file without having to repurchase?
A. Yes, even if you bought 100 years ago :-). Just contact us, and we will regenerate the your link.

Q. Do you accept Western Union?
A. We do not accept Western Union because of a large transaction fee and inability to set up an automated access to your order.

Q. I would like to buy a printer toner from you.
A. Unfortunately we only sell service manuals. We do not sell spare parts, toners or other supplies.

Q. Please help me to fix my TV, printer etc.
A. We do not perform repairs and can't offer you any advises. Please contact your closest repair facility.

Q. I can't pay for the order using my credit card. Please help.
A. Dear Sir, we use PayPal for payment. We are not aware of any reasons for your payment not being processed
since we don't have access to your credit card. Please contact PayPal direct.

Q. I can' open the downloaded file.
A. All files were checked prior to being posted and are OK. Your problem might be download-related.
Please compare the size of downloaded file to the one noted below the "download" button.
You might also use a wrong program to unpack the file. Please check our FAQ for appropriate unpacking and viewing programs.
